1. 30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags are still attached
- Returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide:
- Step-by-step return instructions
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item or size

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Wrong size delivered
All exchanges depend on product availability. Shipping times for replacement items may vary.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
If your return meets our policy conditions, you won’t face any extra charges.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
7. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts and promotional codes must be applied at checkout.
We are unable to apply discounts after an order has been placed.
